Reid Garrey has served as the managing partner
of the firm since founding it in 1987. He was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2004. He was a member of the State Bar Advisory Commission for Specialization of
Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Attorneys for eight years. Reid has tried
over one hundred civil jury trials and has arbitrated hundreds more. He is a certified specialist in personal injury and wrongful death. Reid is an Advocate Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has been a guest lecturer at the Arizona State University College of Law. Reid has also served as a guest faculty member at the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy for eight years. He was recently invited to join the International Society of Barristers. Reid has also been an instructor for the professionalism course mandated for all attorneys at the request of the State Bar.

Shawna Murphy Woner joined the predecessor firm, Garrey
and Curran, P.C. in May of 1988, the summer before her last
year of law school. Shawna heads up the firm's appellate
practice section. Shawna is known throughout the legal community
for legal scholarship in appellate and motion practice.
Shawna focuses primarily upon civil litigation, with an
emphasis upon complex motion practice, appellate matters,
and general liability matters involving catastrophic injuries.

Margaret Khalil Hoffmaster has practiced
at Garrey, Woner, Hoffmaster & Peshek since 1991. Throughout
her 15 years with the firm, Maggie has extensive experience
in trying catastrophic injury matters. Maggie primarily practices
in the area of insurance defense litigation and Plaintiff's
personal injury litigation.

Andrew Peshek heads up the firm’s Construction Defect unit. He has defended developers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect matters. Andy also focuses a large part of his practice in other contractor claims including payment disputes, lien issues and Registrar of Contractors issues. Andy has also taken up helping bicyclists who have been involved in accidents. Andy and his family are co-owners of Bicycle Ranch a local bicycle shop in Scottsdale. Andy has competed in multiple triathlons around the country including full Ironman triathlons. Although Andy’s lovely wife Kim, their three kids and an active practice keep him busy, Andy still enjoys escaping for a ride, a run or a swim.

Michael Day Morgan joined Garrey, Woner, Hoffmaster & Peshek in January of 2006 as an associate. Michael's practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, with an emphasis upon general liability matters including catastrophic injuries, construction defect claims, and trademark disputes. Michael draws off his experience with U.S. District Judge Owen M. Panner and talented colleagues at Garrey, Woner, Hoffmaster & Peshek to provide vigorous representation in a cost effective manner. Michael engages with the local community through organizations such as the Volunteer Lawyers Program, Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education, DRI, and Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. Michael was appointed as a YLD Board Member for the AADC in 2009 and, in that capacity, helped to raise thousands to support Devereux, a local children’s organization.

Erin Evans
joined Garrey, Woner, Hoffmaster & Peshek on May of 2006 as a legal intern and as an associate in January of 2008. Erin's practice is primarily in the area of civil litigation, particularly insurance defense. She also practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, construction defect, stepparent adoptions, adult adoptions, uncontested guardianships and Open Meeting Law compliance.
